Role Overview:
Mivanta, a trusted platform for security and surveillance solutions by Mantra Softech, is seeking a courteous and solution-oriented Customer Advisor to support our clients across India. You will act as the first point of contact for channel partners, system integrators, and corporate clients—assisting them with product information, order updates, and technical queries to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Assist clients with product selection, specifications, pricing, and order placements.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and technical teams to ensure accurate order tracking and fulfillment.
- Manage service tickets, complaints, and return requests efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and trust with clients.
Key Skills:
- Clear and confident communication in English, Hindi, and local language preferred
- Strong listening, empathy, and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-first approach with a strong service mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software, order tracking, and support ticketing systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple conversations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Communication, or IT)
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support, ideally in the electronics, IT, or B2B sector
Experience Required:
1 to 3 years of customer support or service experience, preferably in a technology, electronics, or B2B solutions environment
Compensation:
- ₹2.2 - ₹3.5 LPA (based on experience)
