Role Overview:

Mivanta, a forward-looking venture by Mantra Softech, is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive awareness and demand for our wide range of digital security and surveillance products. The ideal candidate will support both digital and on-ground marketing efforts, helping to expand Mivanta's market presence and generate leads across B2B channels including system integrators, resellers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital (SEO, email, social media) and offline strategies (exhibitions, industrial visits).
  • Generate and nurture qualified leads through field visits, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Coordinate with the creative and product teams to develop marketing collateral—brochures, flyers, case studies, and video content.
  • Manage Mivanta's online presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and industry-specific directories.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and trends in the security technology sector.
  • Support the sales team by preparing marketing presentations, product decks, and proposal content.
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics with actionable insights.
Key Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a B2B focus
  • Knowledge of industrial or technology product marketing preferred
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding consistency
  • Multilingual: English, Hindi, and local language proficiency preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Digital Marketing Certification (e.g., Google, HubSpot, or equivalent) is a plus
  • Previous experience in B2B or electronics/security product marketing is advantageous
Experience Required:

1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing or business development role, ideally in the technology, electronics, or security solutions sector

Compensation:
  • ₹2.5 - ₹4.0 LPA (depending on skills and experience)
