Production Supervisor

Role Overview:

Mivanta, a venture by Mantra Softech, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day production operations. The role involves supervising the manufacturing processes of our advanced digital security and surveillance products, ensuring timely delivery, exceptional quality, and process efficiency on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production team to meet daily and monthly output goals.
• Ensure high-quality production of security and surveillance equipment in alignment with industry standards.
• Oversee machine operations, routine maintenance, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and R&D teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Maintain comprehensive production records, shift reports, and operational logs.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Train new recruits and develop the skills of existing team members for operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills:

• Strong leadership and shop floor management capabilities
• Hands-on experience in electronics or security hardware production preferred
• Proficient in production planning, inventory control, and process optimization
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and quality control systems
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Certification in Production or Operations Management is a plus
• Experience with assembly and manufacturing of electronic products or components

Experience Required:

3 to 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the electronics, security products, or hardware manufacturing industry

• ₹4.2 - ₹5.5 LPA (commensurate with experience and capabilities)
