Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview:

Mivanta, a trusted venture by Mantra Softech, is looking for a meticulous and quality-driven Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure consistent product excellence across our digital security and surveillance product lines. The ideal candidate will contribute to upholding our ISO-compliant systems, enhancing quality processes, and driving continuous improvement to deliver reliable and high-performance products to our partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance procedures aligned with ISO and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections of incoming components, in-process assemblies, and final products to meet strict quality standards.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and generate detailed reports to guide quality initiatives.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues efficiently and prevent recurrence.
• Lead internal quality audits and support external audits for ISO certifications and customer requirements.
• Document and manage SOPs, quality records, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) systems.
• Train production personnel on quality protocols and continuous improvement practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product reliability and reduce quality-related waste or rework.

Key Skills:

• Thorough understanding of quality control principles, tools, and techniques
• Experience in electronics, security hardware, or component quality testing is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis, and problem-solving tools
• Proficiency in technical documentation and audit preparation
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and product-specific quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management
• Certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar are advantageous
• Hands-on experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, etc.)

Experience Required:

3 to 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in the electronics, hardware, or security device manufacturing industry

• ₹4.0 - ₹5.2 LPA (depending on experience and expertise)
