About the Role

Mivanta is looking for a TeleSales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calling for our security and surveillance solutions. 

This role focuses on engaging potential customers over calls, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable product solutions, and converting leads into sales through a consultative and customer-centric approach.


What You’ll Do

- Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound enquiries

- Connect with potential customers to understand their security requirements

- Explain Mivanta’s products and solutions (CCTV, access control, biometric systems, RFID, etc.) clearly over calls

- Generate and qualify leads, schedule follow-ups, and close sales

- Maintain accurate call records and customer information

- Build trust and long-term customer relationships through effective communication


What We’re Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline

- 1–4 years of experience in tele sales / inside sales

- Prior experience in technology, electronics, security products, or B2B/B2C sales preferred

- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

- Customer-focused, confident, and target-driven mindset
